Wellingtons best facility for photographic hire studios and equipment
We can provide Studios, Canon 35mm digital cameras and lenses, Phase One P45 contax system, Broncolor Flash Lighting and accessories, Tungsten lighting, Tripods, stands and grip equipment, backgrounds and photographic equipment need for most shoot plus expertise in the form of assistants. We are based out of Flashdog Studios, 10 Oxford Terrace, Mt Cook.
If you haven't hired from photohire ltd before you will need to provide photo ID.
Familiarisation
If you have not used a particular piece of equipment before we are happy to organise a time with the equipment or capture program and or a trained assistant. We don’t expect everybody to have used all our equipment, and thus are happy to provide any relevant training.
Terms and Conditions
Download a copy of our terms and conditions. This could save you money and time when picking up and returning equipment.
Insurance is included in the cost of the hire. There is an excess of $2500.
1/2 day hire is either between 8am and 1pm or 12.30 and 5.30pm. All other times constitute a full day hire.
Equipment for hires starting 8-8.30am can be picked up between 5 and 5.30pm the day before, hires finishing between 5-5.30pm can be returned the following day between 8 and 8.30 am.
Any damages as decided by photohire staff will be charged at our discretion. Bulbs and flash tubes are checked before you pick up the gear and will be charged for if returned broken.
Any breakages or damage should be reported immediately or the hirer will still be liable for the hire. If the equipment fails on a job we will do our best to provide replacement equipment asap but will not be liable for any costs incurred for reshoots.
